A seasoned finance professional and capital market expert, Mr. ‘Seyi Daramola, HCIB, MICA, FIOGR, has been appointed as the Managing Director of Whitecrust Asset Management Company Ltd. effective immediately.
The appointment was formally announced by Kingsley Eremionkhale, FCA, the Managing Director of Whitecrust Investment Limited, the parent company of Whitecrust Asset Management and a diverse portfolio of financial services subsidiaries.
Daramola joins Whitecrust with over two decades of extensive experience in the Nigerian financial services sector.
He brings a distinguished track record in investment management, treasury operations, and capital raising, having previously served as Managing Director/Chief Executive at MorganCapital Investment Ltd. and Allied Trust Asset Management Company Ltd.
His leadership history also includes senior managerial roles at Capitalfield Asset Management Company Limited and Cowry Asset Management Limited.

Daramola is a certified Portfolio/Fund Manager and a Sponsored Individual with the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC). He holds a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from the Lagos State University of Science & Technology and is a Fellow Honorary Senior Member of The Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).
Beyond his professional accomplishments, he is a dedicated contributor to community and professional development, serving as a member of the Institute of Credit Administration of Nigeria (MICA) and a Fellow of the Institute of Oil & Gas Research, Abuja.
In his new role, Daramola will oversee the strategic direction of Whitecrust Asset Management, focusing on optimising investment performance, deepening client relationships, and leveraging new technologies to provide innovative financial solutions.
